Install problem

After installing FrontPage 2000 on a new computer with
Windows XP Home Edition, I cannot create a new web. I get
a dialog box asking for the user name and password. Even
though I am sure I am entering the name and password
corrctly, the box continues to reappear.

Is there a problem? If so, how can I fix it?
