Install Problems

I have installed Groove on an XP/Office 2003 Machine; it says it was
installed successfully, however, there is no icon and when I click on it to
open, nothing happens.

When I click on the Invitation, it gives me this error: Cannot find [FILE
NAME].grv.

I know the CD and code are good, I just installed it on a different machine
(we have a VLK). Any suggestions?

Apparently, the user's profile was corrupt, I ended up making a new one.
