install student office 2003 on a 4th pc or remove it from one ?

I have the above installed on 3 pc's currently . Am i able to put it on a
forth by paying for an extra license or can i remove it from one PC and put
it on another ?
How does all this work ?
Does it make more sense to buy the new 2007 student office instead if there
isnt much of a price difference to the above .
Finally looking at amazon it doesn appear that Outlook comes in the package ?

The licence is for installation on a maximum of "three pc's" at any "one
time".
No its not possible to obtain another licence.
Simply uninstall from one and install on another.
2007 student version does not come with OL

DL - doesnt this mean that MS have to trust a lot of people that they
actually uninstall when they get to three pcs ?

Yes its a trust thing excepting you may not be able to activate on line, in
which case you have use phone activation & explain
