install visio 2002 on another computer

I have Visio 2002 installed on a computer. I have purchased a new computer.
Is it possible to install Visio 2002 on my new computer and uninstall it form
my old computer.

Any help would be appreciated.

Just remove from old PC, install on new PC and activate it. If it quibbles
about being already installed on other PC, use phone activation (appropriate
phone number for your location will appear on screen) and tell the voice on
the other end that it is uninstalled from previous PC.

If old PC installation was activated more than 4 months ago, there will be
no quibble.
