Install Works v. of Word 2002 over OFF2K install

I own Office 2000 and installed it on my new computer. It
came with MS Works 6.0, which includes Word 2002(XP?).
Can I install the Word 2002 without causing any problems
with the interface between it and Outlook, PP, Excel from
Office 2000?
