Installation - Access 97 and 2003 on Same Workstation

We are converting from Access 97 to Access 2003. Since it appears I should
compile before converting (if necessary; eg. 97 db corrupt) and
compact/repair or compile afterwards, I should have both versions.

Is it ok to install both Access 97 and Access 2003 on the same workstation
and do the conversions without problems?
