Installation and Configuring Account

I had no trouble installing my upgrade to the MS Groove but my associates who
did not have a Groove account before are having a terrible time getting it to
accept my invitation to join out workspace. They do not seem to have a
configuration code and in their account on Groove.net it does not list any
software for them. What step have they missed?

Hi,

Do you mean you have upgraded to Groove 2007 beta, and your colleagues don't
have the Groove account to accept the invitaion?

You colleagues can download Groove 2007 beta and try a travail account for
expericeing.

Here is the link http://itweb/office2007/groove2007

Mason, thanks for responding. They have downloaded the groove beta but even
though i have sent invitations to them and they to me and i have accepted
their invitation and I know she is online because i am connected through og
to m pc she still appears offline to me in my groove and i am not even
appearing on hers even though i have accepted the invitation. It tells me it
will start downloading when she is online - she is and groove is up and
running too on her computer because i am in there and can see it :-(

Hi,

Have you switched your Vcards each other yet? If not, save your contact
infromation to a Vcard file, and then email your colleagues, double click the
Vcard to add member into contact list.

Hi,

If your colleagues have been using Groove 2007 beta now, you should also
upgrading to Groove 2007 beta to accept their invitation. Groove 2 can not
communicate to Groove 2007 beta.

reinstall - cross your fingers :) Rebecca
