I purchased a volume license version of office standard edition 2003 and
installed the software on one pc successfully and proceedes to try it on
another however it failed with the installation error- a required
installation file ys561401.cab cannot be found: and it looks for this files
and it cnnot find it so the installation fails. I tried it on another pc and
the same problem. I looked for this particular file on the cd and I found it.
Please note we have xp2 on all pc s and I have admin rights on all. Please
help.
