Installation Error

When I try to install this disc, I get an error message. "Setup could not
configure server" and the program halts.

I too had this error. I had to call MS and stay on teh phone for a long
time. The solution involved several trial and error deletions of extraneous
files. Eventually it worked, but it did take an hour. Call them.
