Installation Failure MS OFFICE ENTERPRISE

I'm having a huge problem trying to install MS Office Enterprise Version on
a PC running Vista Business, Setup progresses to the same point continually
ending with the following error being stated as;
"setup cannot find Outlook.en-us\OutlkLR.cab"

Setup then fails, rolls back and ends.

Yes my disk is genuine, yes the file actually exists on the disk, but no
matter what I do it refuses to install the program. And no my IT pro has no
idea why either.

Also,

No matter what research I do there does not seem to be a resolution
available to this problem that I can find. Can anyone help?
