I am trying to install project server 2007 on moss sp1 installed on windows
2008 server. I have looked at all other installation guide, but I couldn't
find easy following materials. I tried Technet's guide, but I am getting the
same error; compatibility issue. I found there are various updates such as
project server sp1 and office infrastructure update and etc. If anyone has
good information regarding deployment of project server 2007 on existing moss
and farm, please guide me.
Why am I getting the compatibility issue?

What version of SQL are you using? I have found some issues relating
to SQL 2008 and EPM. Did you enable the IIS 6 compatibility mode? Have

I am using SQL server 2005
I am following technet documentation again.
I have no idea about one part;

Prepare an SP1 image for Project Server and Office SharePoint Server
Copy the RTM Server Setup directory on the installation media to a local
folder. For example:
C:\ServerInstallRTM\

What does it mean by? Can anyone explain me little easily?
