Installation Help!!!

Hello,

I am trying to install single machine Scenario.

With

Windows 2003 Standard
IIS6
MSSql 2000 + SP3
MSSql Analysis 2000 + SP3
SharePoint Servcie v2
Project Server 2003 with sample database.
Live over internet for demo.
Can any one help me with documentation for the installation.
I tried with microsoft documentation.
But it failed.

I followed the MS *single installation* guide exactly and it worked. (I
didn't install SQL Analysis and of course I installed SQL SP3A not SP3 but
otherwise everything was the same as you have).

Hello,

Yes it works on local machine but i make it live on internet it gives
problom in views.

Errors such as

"Unable to access microsoft office project portfolio analyzer OLAP Cube."

Can u tell me did u use Active directory & dns in u r installation.
And did u make it live on internet.

Sandeep:

You need SQL enterprise edition to access Portfolio Analyzer views across
the Internet. There are additional SQL configuration steps to do this as
well. A better way would be to use a remote desktop connection.
