I am currently running the office 97 suite in its entirety
and also Micorosoft word XP by itself. I am encountering
the following problems and any help woulod be greatly
appreciated:
Periodically, the program reinstall and I get the EULA
message. This tends tohappen after some other program has
run.
While the "send to" feature is active and my email (lotus
notes v 5.xx) identifies word as the editor, the option to
dsend mail directly from word is greyed out. The proper
option "Mail as attachment" is marked in the appropriate
spot. I can send mail from every other application in
office directly ( all are in office 97. I can send
directly from Word at home (e mail= outlook XP) but not
from work. Does anyone know whether this is a glitch
because of the Office 97 installation or thanks to Lotus
NOtes? Operating system is Windows 2000, Novell Netowrk,
many security settings.
