Installation of 2003

I just upgraded my Outlook to Outlook 2003. When I open the program, I
recieve a window labeled "Connection details". It says Server name -
NULL Port 3268 User Name NULL, Password is blank. I click OK or
Cancel and the program opens and works fine. How do I get rid of this
window? Thank you!
