Windows LDAP Directory pop-up

From time to time when Outlook (2003) comes up and always when I try
to synchronize with Yahoo's calendar, I get a "Windows LDAP Directory"
pop-up, which I just cancel and it seems to cause no other problems.

However, I would like to get rid of that small annoyance.

The pop-up box has the following info:

Connection Details [tab]
Server name: NULL [grayed out]
Port: 3268 [grayed out]
User name: NULL
Password: [blank input]
Use Secure Password Authentication (SPA) [blank check box]
OK Cancel Apply

Remove the ldap address book from your mail profile. (start outlook > tools
email accounts > view/change existing directories and address books)

Simply remove the address book service if you are not using it through
Tools-> E-mail Accounts
