Installation of Access Extensions

I'm using Access 2003. I just installed the Access 2003 Developper
Extensions. The Property Scanner is working fine, but where do I get the
other add-ins like Custom Startup Wizard and the Package Wizard ?
When I look in tool.Add-ins.Add-ins Manager, there is nothing in the list.
When I click on Add New, there is nothing in the default folder. Whne I borws
to C:\program files\Microsoft Office\ADE11 and select WZADE.MDE (the only mde
available) , I get an error : There was an error copying the add-in to the
Microsoft ACcess directory...
Any idea. Can I copy the file manualy ? from where ?

You need to get a copy of the Visual Studio Tools for Office 2003. The
Packaging Wizard and Custom Statup is in that package.
