Installation Problems

Need a little help.

We have been tring to install Project Server 2002, and
share point services on a windows 2000 Server. It goes 90%
through the install and fails on Generating DB Scripts #
6. It then rolls back the install. We have followed the
instructions found in KB 325843 "user Accounts and
Permissions needed to Install Project server". Any help
would be appreciated.
