Installation problems

First window comes up reading, 'Preparing MS Office Prof Editions 2003
Installation wizard'.

Second window comes up reading, 'You have not entered a valid Product Key.
Please check the number located on........ etc, etc.

My problem is, I'm not given the oportinuty to input the product key number.
Can anyone out there help?

Are you installing from MS official CD or are you trying to install from
a copy CD supplied to you by your employer or school/college?

If you are using official MS CD then try copying the entire CD onto your
HD and double-click on setup.exe file. See if this helps.

If you are using a CD supplied by your employer or college/school then
you don't need to insert the serial number as this is already embedded
in the setup files.
