Installation

On install there is an dialogue box that opens and asks me to close an
application, but it doesnt say which one to close. I click retry and it does
nothing. If I click ignore, it comes back a few times, each time I click
ignore and then it finally finishes. After installation and restart, I cant
open any Office programs.
Any help???
