Installed 2007 RTM Successfully, but Apps Won't start

I just recently installed the Office 2007 RTM package after I removed the
office 2007 beta from my machine. The install worked without a hitch, except
that Word, Exel, Outlook won't start. No error, no events in the event log.
The only error I can get is from Powerpoint with the following error:
0xc00000fd. Since then I have uninstalled and reinstalled Office 2007
without success. I've tried multiple things including deleting the office
directories, registery entries, etc. BTW I do not have Expressions
installed.

I'm running Win XP SP2.
