installed MSN Office.still can't open some emails why

certain emails i cannot open this includes mostly attachments.i was told it
was because i did not have "Word" so i downloaded MSN Office Word but still
no luck

I copied these attachments to another email and bebore i press "sent' i
could read them but after i sent this email on , even to myself, i could not
reopen them.....need some help

2. Which version of Word do you have?

3. What program and version are you using for email?

Hi Thanks for trying to help.....I download 'Mircosoft Ofice Word 2003 and my
email server is Outlook Express..not sure what version.tried to find out what
version but am having no luck............any ideas...Rick
