Installed Office 07 now only classic Windows look available

I just bought and installed Office SM Bus Ed. and now the look of windows is
classic instead of XP. When I go into Display properties, There is no XP
selection under windows and buttons...any suggestions?

now I get it...try running services.msc and see if Windows Themes is running
or not
