Installed OFFICE 2007 & "then" Outlook from OFFICE 2003.

I recently had to reinstall my Windows XP operating system. After which I
reinstalled by OFFICE 2007 (Home & Student) - and then I reinstalled Outlook
(only) from my Office 2003 disk.
I think I must have done this the wrong way round, because now my Windows
downloads are automatically downloading Office 2003 SPs + Word 2003 & Excel
2003 security updates - even though I only selected Outlook 2003 to install
from my Office 2003 disk.
Is this a problem? Should I reinstall my Office 2007 to prevent this?

Thanks, Mark.

The MS recommended method is to install earlier version (or Component)
first, update, then install later version
Its often the case that Office update will install what appears to be
unrelated office updates.

Thanks DL,

Yeah my mistake - I only remembered about Outlook from Office 2003 after I
had gone and reinstalled my Office 2007.
Not sure whether to just leave it now or remove Office 2007 and reinstall
it? Would stop those Excel & Word 2003 updates I guess.
