installed upgrade/cant open word files

I installed Office 2003. Everything appears to be working accept the ability
to open word and excel documents. I get: the xxxx file is not aavailable. Any
suggestions??

If you are using Symantec/Norton Antivirus, try disabling the
Office Plugin that comes with it. See
