Installing 2007 Compatibility Pack

What files are needed to deploy the 2007 Office compatibility pack on a
network with Server 2003 and PC's on XP Pro SP2 via wsus?
(Bear in mind I am not a system sdmin just someone asked to look into it.)

I don't know the answer to your question, but I will tell you you must
install ALL "high priority" Windows updates listed for each machine at
Windows Update, or the compat pack won't work. So you may want to tell all
employees to hit WU and download and install all those before you do the
compat pack deployment.
