Installing AC 2007 Upgrade

I formatted my hard drive yesterday (I do this once or twice a year) and
reinstalled my software. I installed Access 2007 Upgrade. During
installation
I was expecting a prompt to insert a previous version, but I didn't get one.
The
installation went on with no problems. How can this be so when there was no
evidence
of a precious version on my system seeing I had Vista Home Basic format my
hard drive???

Thanks,
James

As far as I know, this is normal. You'll still need the old licence key if
there are problems with the upgrade or if the updates prompt for a licence
key.

Updates - I mean Internet updates.
