Installing Access 2000 on computer with Office 2003

I have to install Access 2000 on computer running Windows
XP with Office 2003 (without Access) installed. I have
chosen custom installation and installed Access 2000. All
was working just fine but suddenly I have received and
error Registration Details Not Available when I am trying
to start my Access 2000. What is wrong ? How I can fix it ?
