Is it possible to load a version of access 2000 of a machine that already has
word, outlook and excel 2003 installed?

Yes, you can have more than one Office version on the same
computer. But you can only have one version of Outlook on the
computer, so you need to decide whether you want Outlook 2000 or
Outlook 2003. See http://support.microsoft.com/?kbid=828956
"Information about running multiple versions of Office with
Office 2003" for more information.

If the reason you want to install Access 2000 is file compatibility,
you can use a database created in Access 2000, using the Access 2000
file format in Access 2003 without upgrading it to the newer version.
IOW, you can modify and use the database in Access 2003 and it can
still be opened an utilized in Access 2000.
