Installing Access 97' and 2000

I am currently running Office 2000. I have a third party program I use for
clients. This program has a database that needs to be updated and change
outside of the program, itself. I can only do this using Access 97'. Is
there a way to install Access 97' on a system that is already running Office
200, without causing any conflicts or problems?
