Installing Access

I recently purchased a new computer wi Office 2003 installed. I didn't
realize that the version I purchased did not include Access. I have Office
2000 on my old computer. Is there any way to just install Access 2000 on my
new computer without having to install the entire Office 2000 program?

Yes. Select Custom Install (or whatever it's called) and you'll be able to
pick-and-choose.
