Installing add-in: Error 1904. Failed to register (MSNStockQuote.

Loading up my new PC with the same apps, etc of my previous PC (obsolete + HD
crash). XP installed and updated successfully from MS site. Office 2003
installed and updated successfully from MS site. When I try to add
MSNStockQuote add-in (running msnsq.exe to install), I get error:

Installer Information
Error 1904. Module C:\Program Files\MSNSotkcQuote\MSNStockQuote.dll failed
to register.
HRESULT -2147467259. Contact your support personnel.

Received same error for MSNStockQuoteUI.dll.


The correct files are in the correct folder, so that’s not the issue. Using
regsvr32 I get the error:

DLLRegisterServer in c:\program fiels\msnstockquote\msstockQuote.dll failed.
Reutrn code was: 0x80004005

‘Regsver32 /u’ to unregister doesn’t have success either.

I have installed and uninstalled add-in numerous times. I have uninstalled
and installed Excel 2003 again with no change in error when installing
add-in. I have cleaned up registery coming and going using CCleaner.

Help, help, help. ïŠ
