Installing after trial

i am running a trial version of Office 2007

i have just purchased a full set of Office 2007 Standard Edition (disks).

Do I have to uninstall the Trial first (using "add/remove software")and lose
all my settings etc..., before installing from the disks, or is there a
simpler method,please?
