installing an uploading feature onto a webpage

is it possible to install a feature onto a webpage that
allows visitors to upload files to our FTP server? I have
as of yet been unable to find this information, however i
have heard that it exists.

I'd appreciate some input. feel free to contact me with
the answer!

Not to your FTP server, but FP 2002 running on a server w/ the FP2002 Server Extensions has a file upload web component

You can utilize an FTP link that will allow someone to upload to your FTP
server.
