installing BCM on a terminal server 2003

Hi,

We have a SBS 2003 network with 5 users ( 3 thin clients + 2 laptops )
the thin clients use a win 2003 terminal server.

i read on technet that it is not possible to enable Exchange in cached mode
on a terminal server. but it is required for BCM is there a work around ?
