installing business contact manager

I have installed the business contact manager for outlook 2003 and according
to my computer, it has installed (after looking at the currently installed
programs in the control panel). However, after I go to open outlook, there
is no business tools menu item. Please help!

1. Do you have the BCM v2 Update?
2. Are you using an Exchange account?

I have v1 of BCM. How can I get the update?

I'm not sure about the exchange account. How can I tell?

You can get the update from Microsoft. Just go to the Downloads page and
search for Business Contact Manager.

Are you on a corporate network? Or are you a home/standalone user? If you
look at your folder list in Outlook, if your top level folder says
"Mailbox - Username" then you are using an Exchange account.
