I have been installing digital certificates for our employees and have run
into one problem. When trying to setup the security in Outlook 98 for one
user I select the digital certificate I want to use. The problem is both the
signing and the encryption algorithm drop down menus are blank. Does anyone
know if this is a problem with the certificate or with Outlook?
