Installing Front Page 2003?

I just purchased front page 2003 and it seems it will not work with windows
ME. If I upgrade to the XP home version, will that be what is need to install
and run the program?

FP2003 requires Win2K Pro SP 3 or higher, or WinXP Home or Pro. Pro
contains a web server if you need it for local testing.

You will find the requirements on the box, but Office 2003 applications requires Windows 2000 or
Windows XP.
