Installing Full Version of 2007 Pro over 2003 pro

If I install a full version of 2007 pro what is best? Uninstallying 2003
first? If so how do I save my emails and contacts so that I can save them in
Outlook 2007? I was just going to get an update version but I can get the
full version much cheaper

How do you get a full version cheaper than update version, what type of
License?
You save your data the same way you usually use

I don't like using any Microsoft upgrade package. They never seem to blend
the old and new files correctly, and the applications usually end up really
wacked. I always unstall, and reinstall a completely clean copy. During the
install of the upgrade version, it will ask you to put the old versions CD in
to validate the upgrade since there isn't a currently installed one to check.

The Outlook file is located in folders:
XP Platform; C:\Document and Settings\<Username>\Application
Data\Microsoft\Outlook

Vista Platform: C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Outlook

The filename is "Outlook.pst". Double check that the last modified date
reflects the last time you used Outlook.

Copy that to a safe location, and then you can copy back after the delete
and re-install. It will have all your email, contacts, tasks, appointments,
journal entries, etc. It won't, however, have your email account
definitions, so you will have to redefine those after installing.
