Installing Microsoft Office 2003 Document Imaging

I need to install this, but I don't know where to go and find it to install
it. Can someone tell where it is located so I can install it?

It should have been installed when you installed Office. Start, Microsoft Office
Tools...

ok. It must of not been installed when they put it on my pc.
