Installing Microsoft Office Project Web Access Components 2003

ONLY ON THE SERVER (client machines work fine)
When I use Internet Explorer and go to Project Web Access, I am prompted to
accept the license agreement to download the components. When I accept and
continue it brings me right back to the license agreement (infinite loop).

I have added Project Web Access as a trusted site.

Everything was working fine until after the installation of the 3 Project
Server 2003 SP1 components.

I'm sure this is probably something simple.

I got this error on client machines.

Try after closing all browser session.
