Installing Microsoft XP Professional Software (word, excel, etc.)

R

Rachel

My hard drive crashed and I installed a new one. When
trying to install Microsoft Office XP Professional it
asks me for my Product Key code. I enter the product key
from the Microsoft sticker on my PC but it comes up as
invalid. I know this is the right code is there a reason
it is invalid?

The Product ID is probably not on your PC - that one is most likely for your
Windows operating system. Look on the CD case or envelope that has your
Office program.
