I have got Widows 2000 OS and MS Office 2000 premium SP1. I downloaded
Office 2000 SP3, but installation stopped with a message telling it failed.
When I try again I get the message that SP3 is allready downloaded and the
same warning again when installing. I have try to deactivate Norton antivirus
without furter success.
How do I solve this problem? Is there a way to find and delete the temporary
downladed file?
