I have the SP3 on cd - install the cd in the cd-rom like
it tells me, and it won't install. (the SP3 or office 200).
If you hit cancel it uninstalls office 2000. I am log in
as Admin and tried as a different users with Admin prv.
I did install windows SP3 on the server before installing
office. Does this have any effect?
