Installing Office 2000 Premium over O2k Professional

Hi;

I've been sent a few (hundred!) documents that are all Microsoft Works. My
version of Office 2000 Professional never had that filter installed, and I
have no idea where my O2k Pro disk is any more. No matter! I have a copy of
O2k Premium. "I'll just use that", think's I.

"Oh no I won't"; Office Professional won't install the filter from Office
Premium; and if I try (as I have done) to install Premium, it gets about
half way and hangs, big time.

Both copies are, needless to say, legitimate and licensed.

Any ideas that don't involve losing my copy of Office completely?
