Installing Office 2003-access denied

Hi,

I was attempting to install Office 2003 on w2k pro PC. I
have Access 2000 currently loaded. After installation
progress begins, the PC responds "Insufficient rights to
open registry key..etc" I am logged in as administrator.
Anyone have this issue?

I have limited experience on Windows 2000 but I do note
that logging in as the Administrator does not mean you
have access to ALL needed registry settings it does depend
on how the 'Administrator' was set up. I had a similar
issue with Quark 6.0 and it turned out the 'Administrator'
had to be assigned the 'right' to access registry keys!
