Installing Office 2003 Advice Needed

Guys:

I am preparing to install Office 2003. I will NOT be re-
installing Windows XP.

Would you recommend:

1. Upgrading to Office 2003 over Office XP.

2. Uninstalling Office XP and then installing Office
2003.

Tips, traps, problems, etc????

Install over top, disable your AV and Firewall, and select a custom
installation if you want to keep any prior versions.
