Microsoft doesn't have a downloadable version of Office for sale. (Although
it might be available somewhere on the MSDN downloads if you have an MSDN
subscription.) I believe some academic and other resellers do have legit
versions available for download, though.
Check the EULA to see if you can install on another system. Open Word or one
of the other apps and go to Help|About. Click the "View EULA" link there.
If your EULA permits you to install it on the other system, you need either
installation CDs or the installation image you downloaded (assuming that
image is legal, anyway). If you have an installation image (.ISO) file, you
can create install CDs from that. You can't just copy Office from one system
to the other.
And sorry, no, I don't think you can look anywhere in the software files
themselves to find out where you got the software.
