Installing Office 2003 on Win98se and Win 95

We are planning to upgrade our Office and I was wondering can I install
Office 2003 on Win 98se and Win 95.

Not possible.. you will have to use earlier versions of the MS Office
product on these machines..

Thanks for the info. One more question, If I upgrade my server to 2003 can I
use lower ver. of office to connect to Server 2003.

The server operating system is transparent with regards to file access
by the workstation Office applications.
