Installing Office 2003 over Office 95

I'm getting the professional version of Office 2003 (Full
version, not the upgrade). I currently am running Office
95 on my system (I know.. I'm way behind)... Do I need
to uninstall 95 before installing 2003 or can I just go
ahead and install 2003?

I hope you're running the correct operating system - or you've just made a
very expensive mistake.
