Installing office 2003

Hi,
I created an mst file in CIW and used SMS to advertise to my test group but
the installation runs and stops in either the product code "the first time"
or outlook "the second time". I checked and it doesn't show under Program
Files or Add/Remove. I also checked my SMS and i'm sure that that is not the
problem. What am i missing? Any thoughts?
